Lil Ninja class(Ages 3-6 * Children must be fully potty trained.)

What matters most in this class is not perfect technique. It is building a good foundation: a body that can protect the head when falling, attention that can stop on cue, the habit of settling the emotions, and the seeds of courtesy.

Ages 3 to 6 are when the nervous system grows fastest in a lifetime. Building a foundation for using the body safely through play more than precise technique leads to later learning and confidence.

Bowing, lining up shoes, answering in a clear voice, and looking the other person in the eye. We do not give long lectures. The actions themselves become the form of a correct heart. Quiet sitting need only be a few seconds of “ninja stillness.”

On the mat, our aim is simple and safe: children experience “I did it. I wasn’t afraid. I want to try again.”
